Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern use of Loop Marketing (the “Service”), the advertising automation service provided by Y7 Technology (“we”). By registering, you agree to these terms.
2. What the Service is
The Service connects to your ad accounts, billing and measurement data, and analyses, proposes and executes advertising operations on that basis. The following are structural to how it is built. We will give notice before changing any of them.
- Changes that reach an ad platform — budget changes, creating or pausing campaigns — are executed only within the scope you have approved and permitted.
- Newly created campaigns are created paused. Starting delivery requires a separate approval.
- Every action is written to an audit log that you can read at any time.
3. Accounts and connections
- You may connect only ad accounts and other services for which you hold the necessary authority.
- Connection credentials (API keys and tokens) are stored encrypted and are not used for any purpose other than providing the Service.
- You may disconnect at any time. On disconnection we delete the corresponding credentials without undue delay.
4. Fees
- Fees are usage-based, calculated on the measured ad spend the Service manages, in marginal brackets, with a monthly minimum. The rates are shown on the pricing page.
- Managed ad spend is calculated from the measured figures in the connected ad accounts.
- The ad spend you pay to the platforms is a transaction between you and those platforms. It is not included in the fees for the Service.
5. No guarantee of advertising results
We do not guarantee the advertising results (installs, CPI, CPA and the like) of the Service’s proposals or automatic execution. Our analysis and proposals include estimates derived from connected data, and we do not warrant their accuracy or completeness. Where a figure carries measurement uncertainty, the Service says so on screen.
6. Prohibited use
- Running advertising that violates law or public order.
- Connecting a third party’s ad account without authorisation.
- Decompiling the Service, gaining unauthorised access, or placing excessive load on it.
- Use that violates the terms of service or advertising policies of any ad platform.
7. Suspension and change of the Service
We may suspend or change all or part of the Service for maintenance, in a failure, or when an ad platform changes its API. Except where we have acted intentionally or with gross negligence, we are not liable for damage arising from such a suspension or change.
8. Limitation of liability
Where you suffer damage through our breach of contract or tort, our liability is capped at the total fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months. This cap does not apply where we have acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
9. Termination
You may terminate at any time. On termination, automation in progress is stopped safely and connection credentials are deleted. Export your data before you terminate.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes concerning the Service.
These terms are written in English. Any translation is provided for reference only; if it differs from the English text, the English text prevails.
Statutory disclosures for purchasers in Japan are published in Japanese under Commercial disclosure.
