A share of the ad spend the system actually manages

There is one line on the invoice. No seat count, no feature tiers, no add-ons — the whole product is included at every level of spend, because charging for access to a feature would give us a reason to keep a number behind it.

Rate card

Rates are marginal: each rate applies only to the spend inside its own bracket, so crossing a boundary never makes the bill jump. You are billed in your workspace currency, and the brackets are set per currency rather than converted at a rate that moves — the table below is the whole of it.

JPY

  • First ¥3,000,000 of monthly managed spend5%
  • ¥3,000,000 to ¥30,000,0004%
  • Above ¥30,000,0003%

Monthly minimum ¥30,000. Below ¥599,990 of managed spend in a month, the minimum is what you pay; at and above it, the percentage is.

USD

  • First $20,000 of monthly managed spend5%
  • $20,000 to $200,0004%
  • Above $200,0003%

Monthly minimum $200. Below $4,000 of managed spend in a month, the minimum is what you pay; at and above it, the percentage is.

EUR

  • First €18,000 of monthly managed spend5%
  • €18,000 to €180,0004%
  • Above €180,0003%

Monthly minimum €180. Below €3,600 of managed spend in a month, the minimum is what you pay; at and above it, the percentage is.

GBP

  • First £16,000 of monthly managed spend5%
  • £16,000 to £160,0004%
  • Above £160,0003%

Monthly minimum £160. Below £3,200 of managed spend in a month, the minimum is what you pay; at and above it, the percentage is.

Every figure on this page is read out of the same table the invoice is computed from, and the crossover beside each minimum is solved by running the billing function itself rather than dividing one number by another. If the two ever disagreed, this page would be the thing that changed.

What “managed spend” means

The spend on the ad accounts you connect, in the month it was spent, as the platform reports it. It is not self-reported and there is no field for you to type it into — which is the same reason the number cannot be quietly understated, in either direction.

The media spend itself is not ours and never passes through us. You pay the ad platform directly on whatever billing arrangement you already have with them; what appears on our invoice is only the percentage above.

Starting

A new workspace starts on a 14-day trial and no card is asked for to begin. Cancelling is done in the workspace and takes effect from the next billing period; we do not pro-rate a period already served.

Payment is by card, through Stripe. Billing is monthly in arrears — a month is closed and then invoiced, because the amount depends on what was actually spent inside it.

Connect an ad account and the first invoice is 14-day away.
